YYF 羽衣甘藍原粉 Kale Pulver
採用零下40度冷凍干燥技術保留產品中的營養。羽衣甘藍含有豐富鐵質、鈣質、β-胡蘿蔔素、維生素C及膳食纖維，但同時所含的卡路里極低。羽衣甘藍為營養密度最高的超級食物之一，不但可以改善健康，更有助改善便秘問題，並具抗氧化作用。
Lyophilization under -40°C has been used to retain the nutrition within the Kale powder. It is known that Kale is rich in Iron, Calcium, β-Carotene, Vitamin C, Dietary fibre, etc. Kale is known as Superfood, it not only improve our overall health and gastrointestinal motility, but also have antioxidant ability.
建議食用方法 Direction：
將2茶匙（9g）羽衣甘藍粉加入300ml的純淨水中或其他飲料，搖勻即可飲用，1天3次。
Mix 2 teaspoons (9g) with 300ml filtered water, pure water or 100% juice. More or less may be used depending on your personal preferences.
